During my time at FRNCH, I led the creative direction and collection development for the brand's ready-to-wear lines. As a Senior Stylist, I managed and mentored a team of two junior stylists and one intern, guiding them through the design process while ensuring a cohesive vision. My responsibilities included overseeing the creation of mood boards and client presentations, creating technical drawings, and compiling launch sheets. I also played a key role in the storytelling of each collection, sourcing fabrics, conducting iconographic research, and managing the color palette for each collection. With a strong focus on trend forecasting and brand identity, I worked closely with the design team to ensure the final collections aligned with FRNCH's vision and market demands.
